Abstract:
Explore non-traditional options to fill positions in your office. This presentation gives an overview of successful internship programs with colleges offering real estate programs. It will also cover the collaborative, multi-jurisdictional Hennepin County "Assessing Pathways" program as one way to secure a workforce that represents the communities that we serve. It will consider a diverse and inclusive workforce that reduces disparities within the community in hiring and filling positions.
