Abstract:
This presentation will provide insight to assist assessing agencies in dealing with the impact of natural disasters on assessed values, including identifying best practices pertaining to the valuation of properties in areas affected by a natural as well as identify recommended methodologies to employ in line with standard appraisal practice.
